If you cancel an order, Amazon take up to 10 business days to refund you via debit card. Refunds issued to card issuers will need an extra 3-5 business days processing time by those institutions.
When you return an item, your refund and how it’s issued may differ on the condition of the item, how long you've had it and how it was purchased. You can check the payment method and the status of your refund in “ Your Orders.” Once the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for Amazon to receive and process your return. If Amazon determines that a refund can be issued without requiring a return, then you will be notified in the Online Returns Center or by a Customer Service Associate. For more information click, here.
The return window on most items is 30 days after delivery. To check, go to “Your Orders” > “Return or Replace Items.” If your item was fulfilled by a third-party seller, you may be charged up to 20% restocking fee even if you return the item in the original condition within the return window.
