Log into your online account and navigate to the “Help” page, here:
Scroll down to “Browse Help Topics.” Hover over “Need More Help?” and click “Contact Us.” Choose between one of the following four options; "An Order I Placed," "Devices," "Digital Content and Services," or "Prime or Something Else." Under the drop-down menu click “Tell Us More.” Click on “Chat” to get in touch with a customer care representative.
You can also contact Amazon's customer support via phone on 1-888-280-4331. Their call center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
