Amazon Locker Return

Returning an item using an Amazon Locker is a free returns drop-off service available to you. Confirm the Locker opening hours at the location you’ve selected to avoid any disappointment.

To return a package;

Visit the Online Returns Center to submit a return request. You will receive a Locker dropoff code via email. Enter your code into the touch screen display at your locker location and follow the on-screen instructions.

Your locker is available to you until the close of business the following day. Although a locker isn’t guaranteed after that time, you have up to 30 days after your reservation. If no lockers are available, you can cancel your return request and create a new one or you can pay for the return postage and return to sender.

To cancel your return;

Go to “Your Orders.” “View return/refund status.” “Cancel this return.”

To start a new return in the Online Returns Center, click “Return items.” Securely package and label it. Your parcel should be no bigger than 42cm x 35cm x 32cm.

If the item you're returning is eligible and there's an available Amazon Locker near you, select "drop off your return at an Amazon Locker” > choose a locker location > view a map > select a Locker.
