More often than not, Amazon's packages show up on their estimated delivery date. If there's a delay in your order's arrival, there are many potential reasons. These include shipping issues, incorrect information, or severe weather conditions.

If your package delivery is overdue by 36 days then use Amazon's 'Contact Us' feature. This allows you to speak with a rep directly over live chat.

Possible Reasons your order got delayed

  • Amazon has the incorrect address
  • You didn't add your apartment, building, floor, or unit number to your shipping address
  • Boats and planes aren't able to function because of severe weather conditions
  • Packages are going through international customs procedures
