Pro Tip: Click here to skip the steps below and get in contact with Amazon. Click the option 'Tracking shows delivered but not received' to get help with your order.

If your Amazon order says 'delivered' but it's not received, then you need to contact Amazon directly. Do this by either using the Customer Services feature or by calling 1 (888) 280-4331.

Sometimes, Amazon experiences delays in shipping. Or, your carrier company delivers your order to the wrong address. This leads to the status of 'delivered' in your Order History, even if your item hasn't actually arrived.

The best way to find out what's going on with your order is to speak with a live rep via Customer Service.

How to get help when a package says it's delivered but it isn't

  • Click on 'Help' under the 'Let Us Help You' column to reach the customer services page
  • To speak with a rep via live chat, scroll down to 'Need more help?' and click 'Contact Us'
  • Click on 'Tracking shows delivered but item not received'
