Your Amazon orders that are pending get shown on your account. Click on the 'Manage Orders' page and then click the 'Pending Orders' button. Here, you're able to see the pending status of your purchases. There are many reasons that your order may be pending. If your order is still pending after 36 days from your purchase date then contact Amazon.com. You're able to easily do this via their Customer Service feature. Speak with a live rep via email, live chat, or phone.

Possible reasons an order is pending

  • Amazon isn't able to authorize your credit card
  • You selected the convenience store payment option but haven't yet made the payment
  • For an FBA order, you qualify for free shipping and the order is waiting for the order items to get gathered
  • For an FBA order, if the order is for many items but one item is out of stock then Amazon gives your order a pending status
