Amazon package not delivered on time? There could be many reasons why. You can track the status of your delivery via Your Orders or Track Your Package, for more detailed tracking information. As a general rule, Amazon delivers packages between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm local time. If you still have no joy then contact Amazon.
Log into your Amazon account and do the following;
Go to Contact Us. An order I placed. Select your order. Problem with order. Shipping or delivery issues. The shipment is late.
You can refuse a USPS package at the time of delivery or after delivery (write “Refused” on it and return to the sender).
You also have the option of picking up your package at an Amazon hub locker within three days. To do this you can either use your pickup code (receive this at Shipment Updates Via Text Settings) or barcode located in your delivery notification e-mail.
