Resetting your password on Amazon is as easy as clicking a few buttons on the sign-in page.
First, enter your email or phone number. Your phone number should be used for mobile accounts.
Then, click continue. Once you have clicked continue, Amazon will provide on-screen instructions for resetting your password. You will need to have access to your email or phone number associated with the account.
**If you do not have access to your email or phone number used to register your account, you will need to contact customer service. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, you will not be able to call customer service. You can, however, access customer service using the password reset feature. This number is different from the regular Amazon phone number.
