If you forget your password, from the sign-in screen, click forgot password. Users can also use this link. From this link, users will follow the on-screen commands.
First, enter your email or phone number associated with your account. Phone numbers should be used for mobile accounts.
Then click continue. You can then follow the on-screen instructions.
Please note if you cannot access that phone number or email, you need to contact customer service. Since there is no one on the available phone assistance, you will need to contact customer service through the password reset help page. This is not the same number as the regular customer service number.
