Pro Tip: Click here to return an order from an Amazon Fulfillment Center. The Returns Center allows you to see which address you've got to return your item to.
Amazon Fulfillment Centers get used to store, package, and ship items. If a seller uses these services, you've got to send your item back to the center it came from. There are over 150 centers, so you need to get the correct address. To do this, simply use the 'Returns and Refunds' feature with Customer Services.
Confirm your item's delivery by providing your shipping receipt. You don't communicate with the seller of your product as Amazon manages the return. Look at 'Your Orders' to confirm your package's unique tracking ID and see its shipping status.
You've still got to pay a 20% restocking fee if you're returning the item due to dissatisfaction. However, if you're returning an incorrect or damaged order then you're not required to pay this fee. In this case, your shipping costs also get covered.
