There are many potential reasons why your Amazon order hasn't shipped. These reasons include credit card authorization errors, payment failures, processing delays, or lack of stock. The best way to fix this is to contact Amazon via their Customer Services feature.

Possible reasons your order hasn't shipped yet

  • Amazon isn't able to authorize your credit card
  • You selected the convenience store payment option but haven't yet made the payment
  • For an FBA order, you qualify for free shipping and the order is waiting for the order items to get gathered
  • For an FBA order, if the order is for many items but one item's are out of stock. Your order isn't sent until stock is available
